Instructional Material
This site is based on the Library Carpentry Open Refine repo, instructional material for which made available under the Creative Commons Attribution license. All subsequent edits are made as part of the project “Legacies of Catalogue Descriptions and Curatorial Voice: Opportunities for Digital Scholarship”, outputs of which are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (exceptions: logos and marked images).
The following is a human-readable summary of (and not a substitute for) the full legal text of the CC BY 4.0 license.

Data
As BM-MDG.zip is derived from a dataset published by the British Museum, data and derived data are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license.
LWL_prints-data.txt contains bibliographic metadata (543 records in total) from the Yale University Library made available under a CC0 license. Details of Yale University Library’s Open Metadata Service is available on the Yale University Library website. In recognition of their support in the preparation and publication of this data we thank Ellen Cordes, Daniel Lovins, and Yukari Sugiyama.
IAMS_Photographs_1850-1950_selection3.txt is a .txt file containing 157,910 records for photographs in IAMS where the catalogue data is licenced Creative Commons Zero.
